I use Aristo Mig 4000i with Aristo Feed 3004 and today I decided to try mag pulse(mild steel, CO2), only ~5m/min feed speed was able to make a weld, everything below and above was "weldless".

Is it intended to use with another metals and shielding gases, for I did not find it usable with my setup?

And there were not any extra settings to adjust pulse peak time, values etc.

Miller used to offer a separate pendant that would work with some of there mig machines allowing you to pulse. Think it was a Phoenix and I can't remember the feed box numbers. You could adjust almost any way you wanted like with the new tig machines you had control over every aspect of the wave and pulse. We used it for hard surface wire and you were supposed to be able to do things like bronze and other rare metals. Been a long time since I ran that so I don't remember much.

Edit. Found it on the interweb. It was a miller Phoenix 456.
I have more questions than answers
