Nonstructural MIG weld

Hi Folks,
If a nonstructural MIG outside corner weld, like on a barbecue grill, has a concave shape to it, is that a problem?
I want to be able to build these grills without grinding the hell out of the corners.
I built this BBQ grill for my mother in law. She loves purple, so it's purple, and the flowers represent her grandkids. I'm delivering it tomorrow.

Scotty,

For your purpose, no. A concave weld on an outside corner should not be an issue as long as you see some penetration on the inside of the joint (or run a second bead, a fillet, inside the joint). Hood time will make you better at getting flat to slightly convex welds that won't need grinding.
