Why are most self shielded flux core wires run on DCEN when most other wire feed processes are on DCEP?
A student now but really want to weld everyday. Want to learn everything about everything. Want to become a knower of all and master of none.

DCEN helps reduce spatter with self shielded wires.

depends on the wire, switch the polaity once.
