Aluminum Settings

Anyone have some charts on setting voltage and IPM for welding aluminum with a spoolgun? I need for .030 and .035.

These Miller settings should get you in the ballpark... these are for 4043. I find that I just dial my settings in on a practice piece right before I commit to any welding. 5356 and Hobart 4943 also use very different settings too. Keep a log of your work and settings, it will save time for future work.
