I am relatively new to welding and am looking for a used Mig machine. I came across one on craigslist that doesn't have any information except a sticker that says GM dealer equipment. I did some research and it seems like GM currently sells newer versions of this to dealerships, but I couldn't find any information about people who have one. I don't know if this is a good purchase for light home use at $325 with a cart and full gas cylinder.

I’d be looking to find out what it needs for incoming power, and weather things like the gun are replaceable/ standard. Sometimes things like this , especially older equipment may be outdated enough you can’t get consumable parts for them. Hard to say for sure but you will need to post up lots more uncles pics of individual components to get some accurate ideas. It might be a great deal, if it works and you have the right power to run it.
I have more questions than answers
