In this video, its producing a lot of spatter..I thought it could have been reduced by increasing the voltage and wire speed. Also, I observed a lot of porosity due to short stickout length. What do you say about this? I am eagerly excepting to hear from you all ..

The first video is 99.99999999999999999% certainty MIG welding with gas. You say the cylinder is not connected but I do not see how you can be certain of that without actually being there. I see the cylinder. The machine has a gas hose connected to it. It sure looks like MIG with gas. If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck.......

In the 2nd video, there's not a lot to be done. That machine has very limited adjustability. You get what you pay for.
