Anyone have any experience with dialing in settings for non syngeric pulse? Im running a miller XMT 350 Mpa with a LN25 pro, .035 wire and 90/10 Argon/CO2. I know I need to match my wirespeed on the feeder with what I set on the machine in order to get close. What I dont know is what the arc should be and how it should sound. I feel like its not as smooth as it should be and seems to pop and spatter more than expected. And when I sent the machine for a specific plate thickness, I assume I should choose my settings based on the average amps and not the "wfs"?
I dont use pulse much and honestly dont need too, as I usaully run duel shield for 90% of what I do. But the machine is pulse capable and I would like to figure it out. I realize a synergic feeder would solve this problem but I dont have 3000k to invest in one.

Thanks for your time.

While I don't have experience with manual pulse settings, I do have some "white papers" that I could share if you care to read through them.
