Greetings Sparks,

I am in the market to replace my inverter tag/plasma/stick machine. I am looking for guidance on the top and size of the take machine.

I have a 250 mig machine for most work on thick material in steel and alum.

so, my question is what size is the best and do I need anything more than 300 amp?

Thanks look forward to input and thoughts.

Regards

WWoW,
Welcome to the forum! We would love to help you out with a machine suggestion however, in order to accurately do that we need to know what kind of fabrication you will be doing, what type of material and how thick these pieces could in theory be.

Are you doing aluminum or only steels? Any stainless steel. What is your budget?
