To anyone that can help,

So next week I have to run five weld test which is ok. The problem is that, at my company I tig weld 304 stainless on a Miller syncrowave 250. The weld tests are hard wire using a Miller cp 302. The 2F is stainless 1/2 in plate I've never run that thick of material before. If I could get tips on volts and imp that would be great.

For most tests they are going to give you a WPS to follow..
I weld stainless, stainless and more stainless...Food Industry, sanitary process piping, vessels, whatever is needed, I like to make stuff.
