Now before anyone says I'm in the wrong thread I'm sorry but this seemed like the only spot. Now is this company the Mears Group a union company. If so what union or unions. Thanks in advance for any answers.

No idea. But how you find out, walk in to apply for a job and ask for an application, and if their a union company they'll ask for your book. Or just walk in and ask em if their union or not. Not like they can lie to you about it :p

edit-I take it your probably a non-union worker. Most union's dispatch guys out of their hiring halls, and few allow you to solicit your own work. But like I said, email or walk in and ask em and they'll tell you if they are union, and if they are which hall you have to go too to get signed up. Hell, if they really like you, they can probably get YOU in the union for you. Some companys/unions still do that.
Signature? Who needs a F***ing signature?
