Applicants will be willing to learn TIG welding and CNC machining, but other skills are appreciated like social media growth/marketing and copy-writing. Responsibilities may also include welding, machining, powder coating, cleaning the shop, mowing the lawn and auto mechanic work. If you are @hatty_mattie I wouldn't expect you to do anything but welding.

I would like to be able to hire someone with workers comp and benefits soon, but assume it will be cash for now.
