I would assume that means $20 an hour with a $100 a day per diem, with a minimum of 50 hours a week.

Yep, 20/100 means $20 for the first 40 hours, and $100 per day.

This is a 50 hour job, which means 10 hours at $30 each week.

An important question to consider... Per Diem can be paid "days worked", resulting in $500 for five 10's. Or it can be paid seven, meaning all week so you can say far from home.
