Welding Tips and Tricks

I saw this in the local newspaper many years ago, don't know if they found a qualified candidate

That was a god one
Have to admit I had to look at it 4 times to spot it.

Pieces...I command you. Weld yourselves together.

And the Lord said, "Let there be fusion..."
And there was fusion.

And upon the seventh day, the Lord, thy God, drug up, for amongst the masses were many evils, and these evils where called "managers". And living amongst these evils where a host of many, known to all as QC. QC were the servants of evil, doing their bidding, casting curses upon the welds of the masses.

And He rested.

Can you substitute H.R for Q.C in any of the above?
