At the time I didn't have a work bench to mount my new vise on.

Looks great, nice welds.

How did you weld onto the brake drum? First time I did that it cracked like an egg. I blessed it with some colorful language and redid it all with some 308L stick electrodes.

All mig, I setup for the thickness of the bottom of the rotor.
I made a second stand for a used bench grinder but the rotor was below freezing when I welded it so lots of cracks showed up in the weld. Lesson learned.
