1 of 2 itty bitty clamps I made at work one day due to having no other way to do the job.
This is V2. V1 works, but is too pug-fugly to put on the internets...
I *think* it might be made out of some nickle alloy...it was made from scraps pulled out of the iron worker drop bin...
The puddle was real weird when I tacked it together... and we had a sheet of nickel going around the shop when I made these...At the very least its 316 ss.
The screw is a stainless 10-32 with a piece of 1/16" filler fused onto it.
They have served me well on many occasion where no other clamp can do the job quite right.

Set up is the key to a finished job. Make the fixture,makes the job easier. :)
Way to out think the problem. 8-)

Whatever it takes right? I always made my tools ucking fugly so nobody steals it LOL. Or understands how to use it.
