Post Flow does two things for you. One thing it does is provide inert gas coverage over the weld as it cools. You must hold the torch in place over the weld after the arc stops, for this to be effective. The second thing it does is protect your hot Tungsten from getting oxidized while it cools down....

It seems that they give pretty good support, till somewhere between 3 and 6 months on a new unit. After that, you seem to be on your own.
