I did a little experiment. All variables are the same, 50amps, 15CFH flow, 3 second weld, no up or down slope. Only change is cup size.

Agreed always interesting to see different gas coverages based on lens and cup size. Although Markus, it's episode 94...lol
I weld stainless, stainless and more stainless...Food Industry, sanitary process piping, vessels, whatever is needed, I like to make stuff.
