mig and flux core tips and techniques, equipment, filler metal
I been practicing at class on MiG and I can see the puddle pretty good but I always lose my line where I am going especially on muktipass. I bout and sndeli helmet with the led and didn't help much, bout two clip on lights and lasted maybe 30min. Any idea for enough light I can use on a helmet? I have a pretty awesome headlamp but can't get on the helmet. Only thing I can think of is maybe a portable light of some sort and try to point it at the weld area but open to ideas
i use a floor standing lamp like builders etc use. that way you can put it back enough so you don't cover it in splatter.
also if you can use multiple lights. you want to avoid creating shadows.

tweak it until it breaks
