What welding projects are you working on? Are you proud of something you built?
How about posting some pics so other welders can get some ideas?

We bought a trailer with 4 broke cross members. Cut out the bad and welded in new 3/16 channel, installed a new 12k lb badlands winch and painted it gloss black with rustoleum tractor paint from tractor supply ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Trailer turned out great! I'm sure the winch will come in handy..

Since it doesn't tilt you may want to build a rocking A crutch with a single block or even a double for the hard pulls you can sit on the deck to ease your pulling angle.
It will make your winch roughly twice as effective.
